Manuel Mojica spent years in the vending industry before building a $750k/year operation in San Antonio. When he started, there was no community like this where working operators shared what they'd actually learned. He built Vending Circle to be that place, and brought in four other experienced operators to run it alongside him.

Each course in the Vending Circle Classroom was built around a specific part of operating a vending business: Getting started, finding locations, managing equipment, landing school contracts, and accessing resources. They're structured for members who want to work through a topic systematically rather than search for answers one questions at a time.
Vending Circle has a distributor relationships with multiple manufacturers of AI-enabled smart vending machines that ship to operators across the country. Anyone can purchase through the store, though members access pricing that reflects the community's volume relationship with the manufacturer.
When you buy a machine through Vending Circle, you get a complimentary month of Standard membership. This includes full access to the courses, live sessions, and the community from the day your machine ships.
Available to new subscribers only. Not valid for active or returning members.
Direct feedback from active operators running vending businesses. These accounts reflect the real impact members experience from being part of the community.
Just wrapped up my first week out visiting businesses, and things are taking off fast. I got my first yes on day two, and I’m currently working out the logistics with the manager now. I also received a tentative yes AND a follow-up phone call from the executive assistant at a health campus. She’s meeting with her boss tomorrow and is excited about presenting the opportunity to place my vending machines on their campus, as they’re currently making some internal changes. Fingers crossed that works out — if it does, that could mean multiple machines placed in the first month. Excited to see where this goes!
Don't want to get ahead of myself here, but I have a tentative "yes" for my first location! I'm meeting with the owner on Tuesday to verify a couple things, but it looks like after that the next question will be, "when can you get your machine installed?"
Most people come to Vending Circle with similar questions before joining. These are the ones that come up most often.
Learning vending independently is entirely possible, but it takes considerably longer because the industry doesn't have a lot of organized, current, practical information available publicly. Most of what exists online is outdated, general, or produced by people who aren't actively operating. Vending Circle provides direct access to working operators who can address specific situations and give answers to the exact problem someone is facing in their business at that moment.
Yes. The Vending Circle store is open to anyone & membership is not required to purchase a machine. Members access pricing through the community's distributor relationship with QinGo, which is generally lower than standard pricing. A single-machine purchase also includes one complimentary month of Standard membership for new subscribers only — it isn't available to active or returning members.
Standard membership is $79/month and includes all four courses, weekly live Masterclass sessions, the Circle Vault resource library, and access to the member partner pricing network. Premium membership is $199/month and adds a monthly one-on-one Growth and Operations Strategy session, School Placement Strategy support, Contract and Proposal review, and access to Coach Office Hours. Both tiers include a 7-day free trial with no payment required to start.
No prior experience is required. The Launchpad course is designed specifically for people starting from scratch. It walks through machine selection, location sourcing, contracts, and the basic economics of running a route in a structured sequence. A meaningful portion of the membership joined with no vending background and used that course as their starting point.
