four courses. Built by operators.

Each course in the Vending Circle classroom covers a specific part of running a vending operation. Each course is structured for members who want to work through a topic systematically rather than search for answers one question at a time. Every course was built by operators with active routes, updated as the industry changes.

From the membership

On the investment.

Members on whether the cost of membership made sense for their business. Personal details are kept general at members' request.

First week in the trenches went extraordinarily well!

Just wrapped up my first week out visiting businesses, and things are taking off fast. I got my first yes on day two, and I’m currently working out the logistics with the manager now. I also received a tentative yes AND a follow-up phone call from the executive assistant at a health campus. She’s meeting with her boss tomorrow and is excited about presenting the opportunity to place my vending machines on their campus, as they’re currently making some internal changes. Fingers crossed that works out — if it does, that could mean multiple machines placed in the first month. Excited to see where this goes!

Landed my first location 🥰

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve landed my first location 🙌 It’s a small HVAC company with only eight employees, which isn’t ideal, but it has a lot of foot traffic due to shipment deliveries and customers. We’ll see how this goes. For now, I’m incredibly excited about this opportunity, and I want to give a big shoutout to Alondra Gaddis for her support throughout this process.

FAQs

Pricing Questions

Common questions about how the plans work, what happens after the trial, and how to decide between Standard and Premium.

Does the free trial include access to everything?

Yes. The 7-day free trial gives full access to all four courses, the Circle Vault, the community, and the weekly live Masterclass. If a Masterclass session falls during your trial, you can attend live. If it doesn't, the most recent recording is available immediately. The only thing not included in a Standard trial is the Premium-specific one-on-one sessions, which require the Premium plan.

How does the machine purchase discount work?

Members access machine and equipment pricing through Vending Circle's distributor relationships with QinGo, Wittern/USI, and other partner brands. The specific pricing is available in the Circle Vault once you're a member. The discount varies by machine and manufacturer, but on most QinGo models the savings are significant. Machine purchasing is also available to non-members at standard pricing through the store.

Which plan is right for me?

Standard is the right starting point for most members. It includes everything needed to learn the business, find locations, manage equipment, and access manufacturer pricing. All at a cost that's easy to justify even in the early stages of an operation. Premium makes sense when you're at a point where direct mentor review of your specific proposals, contracts, or growth strategy would change the outcome. If you're just getting started, begin with Standard and upgrade when the time is right.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

There is no contract and no minimum commitment. Both plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I switch between standard and premium?

Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium or downgrade from Premium to Standard at any point. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Most members start on Standard and upgrade to Premium when they're at a stage in their business where direct one-on-one mentor input on specific decisions (proposals, school contracts, growth strategy) becomes valuable.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?

After the trial ends, your membership continues at the monthly rate for the plan you selected ($79 for Standard or $199 for Premium). You'll be notified before the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you cancel before the trial period is up, your access continues until the trial ends and no payment is taken.
