1st location incoming!

Don't want to get ahead of myself here, but I have a tentative "yes" for my first location! I'm meeting with the owner on Tuesday to verify a couple things, but it looks like after that the next question will be, "when can you get your machine installed?"

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve landed my first location πŸ™Œ It’s a small HVAC company with only eight employees, which isn’t ideal, but it has a lot of foot traffic due to shipment deliveries and customers. Pricing Questions

I have a questions about a machine I purchased. Who handles that?

For questions about a machine purchased through the Vending Circle store, use the contact form and select "Machine purchasing and pricing" as the topic. Include your order details. For technical troubleshooting, the Equipment Playbook in the Classroom covers setup and common issues for most supported machines. Members can also post machine-specific questions in the community feed for fast answers from other operators running the same equipment.

I'm interested in a partnership or distribution deal. Who do I contact?

Use the contact form and select "Partnership or distribution inquiry" as the topic. Include a brief description of the brand, product, or service and what kind of relationship you're proposing. The team reviews all partnership inquiries, though Vending Circle's partner relationships are selective. The community only promotes products and brands that the mentors have personally vetted or use in their own operations.

Can I get a refund if it's not the right fit?

The 7-day free trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the membership without financial risk. If you cancel before the trial period ends, no payment is taken. After a paid billing cycle begins, refund requests are handled case-by-case. Just reach out through the contact form with your situation and the team will respond directly.

Do you offer a demo or discovery call?

Vending Circle doesn't offer pre-sales discovery calls. The 7-day free trial gives you full access to everything (the courses, the community, and the live Masterclass) which is a more complete picture of the membership than any sales call could provide. If you have specific questions before starting, the contact form is the right channel.

How long does it typically take to get a response?

Contact form submissions are typically answered within one business day. If your question is time-sensitive, the fastest path to an answer is starting the free trial. Once you're inside the community, you can post questions directly and often hear back from multiple active members within hours. The Monday live Masterclass is also an option for questions you want addressed in real time.
