Landed my first location 🥰
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve landed my first location 🙌 It’s a small HVAC company with only eight employees, which isn’t ideal, but it has a lot of foot traffic due to shipment deliveries and customers. We’ll see how this goes. For now, I’m incredibly excited about this opportunity, and I want to give a big shoutout to Alondra Gaddis for her support throughout this process.

Pricing Questions
Common questions about how the plans work, what happens after the trial, and how to decide between Standard and Premium.
Machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. If a machine arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll coordinate a replacement or repair through the manufacturer at no cost to you. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window go through the manufacturer directly.
For orders of three or more machines, contact us directly for volume pricing. Member volume rates are available and can result in additional savings beyond the standard member discount. Multi-machine orders are coordinated as a single shipment when possible to reduce freight costs. Delivery scheduling for larger orders is flexible and we can arrange staggered delivery if you're placing machines at multiple locations over time.
Machines ship via freight carrier to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is curbside by default, meaning the driver will unload the machine to ground level at your location. Inside delivery and placement services are available for an additional fee, which varies by location. Most shipments arrive within 10–14 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive tracking information once the machine leaves the warehouse.
All machines ship fully assembled and configured, ready to plug in and operate. QinGo units include AI Dynamic Recognition cashless payment systems, remote monitoring, and basic warranty coverage from the manufacturer. New subscribers who purchase a single machine receive one free month of Vending Circle membership (Standard tier) to access setup walkthroughs and troubleshooting support specific to their machine model. The free month applies to one-machine purchases for new subscribers only and isn't available to active or returning members.
No. Anyone can purchase machines through the Vending Circle store at public pricing. Members access exclusive pricing, which typically results in significant savings on a machine purchase. If you buy a machine as a non-member and later join, contact us within 30 days and we'll apply the member discount retroactively.
